3.1 Contact

If you contact us by e-mail or via the contact form, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, e-mail address, telephone number, message) in order to handle your inquiry.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (contract or pre-contractual measures).

3.2 Booking of a Trip

In the context of a booking, we process personal data such as name, address, date of birth, contact details, driving licence details and booking-related information.

This data is processed for the performance of the travel contract (Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR).

3.3 Payment Processing

Payment is made by bank transfer. In this context, we process the bank details transmitted solely for the purpose of contract execution.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR.

4. Disclosure of Data

Your personal data will only be disclosed if this is necessary for the performance of the contract (e.g. to insurance companies or service partners within the scope of travel organization) or if there is a legal obligation to do so.

No further disclosure will take place.

5. Hosting and Server Log Files

Our website is hosted by an external hosting provider. In the course of hosting, information is automatically stored in so-called server log files.

This particularly includes:

  • IP address
  • Date and time of access
  • Browser type and browser version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL

Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the technical security and stability of the website).

6. Storage Period

We store personal data only for as long as this is necessary for the respective purpose.

  • Contract and booking data: up to 10 years in accordance with commercial and tax retention obligations (German Commercial Code and Fiscal Code)
  • Inquiries without conclusion of a contract: generally up to 12 months

7. Cookies

Our website uses only technically necessary cookies required for the operation of the website. No use is made of cookies for analysis or marketing purposes.

The legal basis is Section 25 (2) TTDSG in conjunction with Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.
